1. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, Zinoo may collect:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, phone number, profile image, and authentication identifiers.
- Information you submit, such as property enquiries, saved properties, site-visit requests, cashback requests, messages, reviews, and support requests.
- Location information when you choose to grant location permission, or a location you enter manually, to show relevant properties and map results.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, authentication events, and diagnostic information.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide property discovery and map features, process user-requested enquiries and visits, maintain saved activity, provide customer support, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Location
Location access is optional. If you allow it, Zinoo uses your location to provide nearby property and map features. You can deny or revoke location permission in your device settings and use manual location search where available. Zinoo does not use location for unrelated purposes.
4. When information is shared
When you deliberately contact a seller, express interest, request a site visit, or submit an enquiry, Zinoo may share the details needed to fulfil that request with the relevant property seller or representative. This may include your name, contact details, selected property, message, and requested visit information.
We also use service providers that process information on our behalf, including Google Firebase for authentication, application data, file storage, and hosting, and mapping providers for map and location features. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users, or to prevent fraud or abuse. Zinoo does not sell personal information.
5. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted network connections, authentication, access controls, and restricted administrative access. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Service providers may process data on servers located outside your state or country, subject to their security measures and applicable legal safeguards.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it is held.
You may request deletion of your Zinoo account and associated personal information by emailing shivrajkale322009@gmail.com from the email address connected to your account, or by including the phone number connected to your account. We may verify your identity before processing the request. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
7. Your choices
You can update certain profile information in the app, manage device permissions in Android settings, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. You may stop further collection through the app by signing out, revoking permissions, or uninstalling it, although previously stored account data must be deleted through a deletion request.
8. Children
Zinoo is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, our practices, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice where required.
